BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Mrs. Anuradha Meena was a house wife and her husband earned 10000-15000 per month. She wanted to start her own business with this view she has taken training from KVK, Kota in the year 2017 in food processing and value addition. After the training she established a plant of soya paneer processing costing Rs. 8.00 Lakhs on an average presently.

On an average presently he is processing 50 kg soybean per day out of which he is getting 65 kg of soya paneer. He is supplying the paneer in the hostels nearby coaching institutes of Kota city. The detailed economics of it as under: She was awarded by Sh. Om Birla M.P. of Kota for her tremendous work. She got FSSAI number also for her products.

Brief description

Mrs. Hemlata Songara was a house wife and her husband is an electrician and middle class man. She was trained by KVK, Kota under skill development programme on food processing and value addition. After training she prepared SHG “Rishi Tanvi” and started the small scale processing unit of soya nutrameal and flour at home. She is working as an master trainer of food processing in KVK, Kota and other non govt. organizations at present she is earning 15000 per month.

Brief Description

Mrs. Sharmila Bhardwaj was a qualified house wife and her husband is having land in kota region. Both of them wanted to do something in the field of Agriculture based processing. She was trained by KVK, Kota under skill development programme on food processing and value addition. After training she prepared SHG named “swayam siddha” and started preparing multi grain flour of soyabean named “Satwik Aata” She started selling from cooperative stores and khadi bhandar. Now she is earning 15000-20000/- per month. She got FSSAI number also for her products.

Brief Description

Mrs. Suman Sharma was a house wife and her husband having agriculture land. She was trained by KVK, Kota under skill development programme on food processing and value addition in 2014. After training she prepared SHG and started the small scale processing unit of soya nuts, laddu and flour at home. In the 2016 she prepared a NGO of 100 ladies and worked widely. At present she is earning 30,000 per month and employed more than 4 ladies on 5000-7000 per month. She is also working as master trainer of soya processing in different Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations and earned approximately Rs. 1-1.5 Lakhs in a year. She was awarded by agriculture minister Sh. Prabhu Lal Saini and Mayor of Kota for her achievement. She got FSSAI number also for her products.

Brief Description

Sh. Vikarm Singh Hada was a soybean producing farmer and become a agri-preneur. He has trained by KVK, Kota under skill development programme on food processing and value addition in February, 2015

• 500 rural youth Trained in soya processing.
• 27 small and large Entrepreneurs developed in the field of soya processing with technical guidance of KVK Kota.
• Nine Soya entrepreneurs got FSSAI registration and established Soya plant with Rs. 4.5-8.00 laks investment.

After training he established a plant of soya paneer processing costing Rs. 8.00 lakh with the financial assistance from bank. On an average presently he is processing 100 kg soybean per day out of which he is getting 130 kg of soya paneer. He is supplying the paneer in the hostels nearby coaching institutes of Kota city.
